Tteokbokki Rice Cakes Made from Organic Korean Wheat
Nenia, a company specializing in eco-friendly foods, has launched a new wheat-based rice cake made from organic Korean wheat. The Nenia Organic Korean Wheat Tteokbokki Rice Cake absorbs seasoning well and is excellent for tteokbokki, tteok-kkotchi (skewered rice cakes), and other snack dishes. It also pairs well with dak-galbi, budae-jjigae, jeongol, and many other dishes. Tteokbokki alone has many variations—gochujang tteokbokki, royal tteokbokki, black-bean tteokbokki, curry tteokbokki, cream tteokbokki, and more.

Nenia’s organic Korean wheat is contract-grown directly with farmers and purchased by Nenia. It is stored in cold warehouses and undergoes no chemical fumigation or sterilization, making it safer.
This product is frozen; thawing should be done in the refrigerator (0–10°C). If the rice cakes are stuck together, do not pull them apart one by one—they will naturally separate during cooking.
How to Cook Deliciously
Add the rice cakes at the final stage of cooking and bring them to a boil.
For a chewy texture: heat for about 3 minutes.
For a softer texture: heat for about 5 minutes.
Note: If you thaw the rice cakes in water or refreeze them, they may crack.
Nenia does not use chemical additives that soften rice cakes or prevent them from hardening quickly. Nenia’s strict manufacturing principles always put safe food first.
