Nenia has released comforting janchi-guksu noodles made with organic Korean wheat and organic Korean rice.
Organic Korean wheat flour—grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers—has the grain’s natural sweetness and nutty aroma.
Finely milled rice flour made from organic rice grown in clean water and soil gives the noodles a soft and clean texture.

Nenia Organic Rice Janchi-Guksu
These noodles do not easily go mushy when served in hot broth, and they remain pleasantly springy even when used for mixed noodles (bibim-guksu).
Kimchi-cold noodles with well-fermented kimchi,
dongchimi-cold noodles using radish-water kimchi,
vegetable noodles full of nutrition,
soy-milk noodles,
spicy and savory soybean-paste noodles,
appetite-boosting bibim-guksu—
whatever dish you make, try using Nenia’s noodles made with organic ingredients.
Noodles have long symbolized longevity and have been served at weddings, first-birthday celebrations, and sixtieth-birthday banquets.
They also make a satisfying meal during work breaks.
You can even serve them as a main dish instead of rice.

[Cooking Instructions]
Boil 1,000 cc (5 cups) of water, then cook the noodles for 4–5 minutes.
Rinse cooked noodles in cold water 2–3 times, drain well, and form into servings.
Prepare as janchi-guksu, bibim-guksu, soy-milk noodles, or any style you prefer.
