Jeong Eun-hye's Artwork Featured in the New 'Heart Pie' Release
“When I hug someone, I feel warm.”
The eco-friendly food company Nenia Co., Ltd., located in Gangsang-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, has collaborated with artist Jeong Eun-hye, a developmentally disabled artist active in Yangpyeong, through her artwork. Jeong Eun-hye's drawings will now reach consumers across the country through Nenia’s products.
Jeong Eun-hye began her career as a caricature artist in 2016 at the Munho-ri River Market in Yangpyeong. She is well known for having drawn over 4,000 portraits. She gained public recognition as the main character in the documentary film "Your Face" and also appeared in the drama "Our Blues.

On October 21, Nenia released its “Butter-Filled Heart Pie”, featuring Jeong Eun-hye’s artwork on the packaging and product box. Her drawing “Hug” pairs beautifully with the heart-shaped cookie, which symbolizes love. Through this collaboration, Nenia hopes to share warmth with children.
Founded in 2004, Nenia Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in eco-friendly food and school meal services. It supplies products to over 4,000 childcare centers, kindergartens, alternative schools, elementary, middle, and high schools, public school lunch centers, and military food services across the country through 29 regional teams and a directly operated Seoul metro team. Its products are also available to individual consumers through its online store.

the country.
In support of Jeong Eun-hye and other artists with developmental disabilities, Nenia is donating a portion of the proceeds to a disability advocacy group (Yangpyeong branch of the Gyeonggi Parents’ Solidarity for the People with Disabilities). This is the second collaboration connecting the artwork of developmentally disabled artists with Nenia’s consumers, following the “Nenia Korean Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookie.” Since relocating its headquarters to Yangpyeong in July 2021, Nenia has continued its relationship with the organization by donating products to the local branch.
A Principle That Hasn’t Changed in 20 Years: Safe Food
No synthetic additives. Direct purchase of eco-friendly Korean wheat.
Nenia follows strict food safety guidelines, excluding all chemically
synthesized additives from its processed foods. It also does not use
genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
To help preserve domestic wheat farming, Nenia directly purchases eco-friendly
Korean wheat grown within the country. The wheat is stored at low temperatures
without undergoing fumigation—a process in which chemicals are used during
grain imports to sterilize and prevent the introduction of foreign plant and
animal species. The stored wheat is then milled and used as a raw ingredient in
Nenia’s products. For the past 20 years, Nenia has consistently upheld its
principles, creating safe and trustworthy food — a commitment with significant
social impact.
